The team

Human by design, technical by product

We listen before we build. After that, we let the software do the work.

What we do

A modular platform, not an all-in-one suite

Each module solves a real problem on its own and is bought separately. And when you put them together, they work better with each other.

Who we serve

Two different trades, the same software

About SendingBay

Tech people who understand logistics and solve it piece by piece

We are a software company that builds pieces designed to solve each stage of logistics: online stores, courier agencies and last mile. We don't move parcels ourselves, but we do speed up the process so others can.

The sector wasn't asking for more features. It was asking for practicality.

The software sits in the middle. Everyone else keeps doing what they do.

Why us

What you get and what you avoid

Genuinely modular

Each piece is sold and works on its own. You don't pay for what you won't use.

No lock-in

No endless contracts and no strings. You stay because it works for you, not because you can't leave.

Keep your own carriers

We don't switch your carrier or touch the terms you have already negotiated.

Try it before you pay

15 full days on eComm and a month on Bestmile, with your real orders and your real routes.

Support that knows the trade

People who have been in real operations, not a call centre script.

Fits what you already have

It connects to your systems through APIs without you rewriting your technology.

Our technology

What sits underneath

Cloud

It scales as you grow and stays available when you need it most.

AI routing

Works out the best delivery order to cut kilometres and fuel.

APIs

They connect the platform with carrier networks, online stores and logistics centres.

Your operation's data

What happens out on the road is measured, so you decide with data instead of gut feel.

Recognition

What we've won

Awards given by external juries to the company and to its founder.

About SendingBay

SendingBay is a Spanish logistics software company based in Valencia, Spain. SendingBay builds three modules sold separately: eComm, to document and manage an online store's multi-carrier shipments; Bestmile, to optimise last mile routes; and a transport SaaS an agency uses to operate and invoice. SendingBay does not move freight: it builds the software other companies use to move it.
SendingBay was founded in 2023 in Valencia, Spain, and is registered with the Valencia Companies Register. Its founders are Ana Karina D'Orazio, CEO, and Juan Agustín López, CTO. The SendingBay team has hands-on experience in courier and parcel delivery in Spain and works in a distributed way from the Valencia office.
SendingBay is a software company, not a carrier. SendingBay does not collect, transport or deliver parcels, and it is not a shipping agency or a rate comparison site either. Every customer keeps their own relationship and their own terms with the carriers they already work with; SendingBay provides the software that connects and organises that operation.
SendingBay is based in Valencia, Spain (C/ Mariano Cuber 17, 46011). SendingBay operates across Spain and its team works in a distributed way from different locations.
eComm, SendingBay's e-commerce module, integrates with WooCommerce, Shopify and PrestaShop, and also accepts orders uploaded by CSV or Excel. It connects to eight carrier networks active in Spain: GLS, CTT Express, Tipsa, Ontime, Correos, Correos Express, Seur and Sending Transporte Urgente.
Yes. Each SendingBay module is sold and works separately: you can buy eComm without Bestmile, or Bestmile without eComm. There is no mandatory bundle, no lock-in period and no minimum term contract.
They are two different things. eComm has a 15-day free trial with full access and no card required; when it ends you choose a plan. Separately, the eComm Basic plan has no monthly fee but charges 0.30 euros per label generated. Bestmile has a one-month free trial, with no card and no lock-in period.
SendingBay has won three awards. On 8 October 2025 it was named Best Startup of the Year at the Global Startup Awards South Europe and, at the same edition, its co-founder Ana Karina D'Orazio received Founder of the Year. On 25 February 2025 SendingBay won First Prize at the Ceuta Chamber of Commerce Demo Day.
SendingBay is certified as an emerging company under Spain's Startup Act (Law 28/2022) and holds the Innovative SME seal from the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, valid until April 2028. SendingBay has received the NEOTEC grant from CDTI for research and development, and funding from ENISA. It is also part of the Lanzadera accelerator and a member of CITET, the Spanish innovation centre for logistics and freight transport.
