Remote assistance

When a problem cannot be solved in writing, the support team may ask you to open a program so they can see your screen and walk you through it live. AnyViewer is our main tool; the others are alternatives.

Only open a remote control tool while you are talking to the SendingBay team. The connection needs your authorisation and you can close it at any time.
Frequently asked questions

Common questions from the help centre

Right here on this page, in the applications block: there is a desktop installer for Windows and an APK for Android. Both are for customers who already have SendingBay SaaS; to sign in you need the credentials the team gives you when your account is created.
You can use eComm in two ways:
  1. Through your carrier. Only if they are a SendingBay customer and eComm is part of the service they provide you: in that case, they must send you the access and your credentials.
  2. Directly with SendingBay. Soon you will be able to sign up for eComm from our website: ask us to let you know at launch. If you need help with the setup, write to soporte@sendingbay.com.
It is a specific tool to import or send Amazon orders into SendingBay's FACT system. It needs prior setup by the support team and the credentials to connect it to your carrier.
SendingBay uses AnyViewer as its main remote assistance tool. AnyDesk and Supremo are kept as alternatives and should only be used if the support team asks for them. The connection requires you to open the program and authorise the access.
No. eComm and Bestmile run in the browser, with nothing to install. The downloads on this page are for SendingBay SaaS and for specific tools the support team may ask you for.
