Check your store version before installing: a PrestaShop 1.7 module on a PrestaShop 8 store will fail on activation. If you are not sure which version you have, tell us and we will look at it with you.

Remote assistance

When an issue cannot be solved in writing, the support team may ask you to open one of these programs so they can see your screen and walk you through it live. They are third-party tools: we send you to their official site so you always get the current version.

These programs only allow access while you keep them open and approve the connection. Nobody at SendingBay can reach your computer without you authorising it at that moment.
Frequently asked questions

Common questions about downloads

Right here on this page, in the applications block: there is a desktop installer for Windows and an APK for Android. Both are for customers who already have a SendingBay SaaS subscription; you need the credentials the team gives you when your account is created.
It depends on your store version. We publish one for PrestaShop 1.6, another for 1.7 and another for 8. Installing the wrong one throws an error on activation, so check your version in the PrestaShop admin panel first.
They are third-party remote control programs. Support may ask you to install one of them so they can see your screen and help you live when something cannot be solved in writing. They only work while you keep them open and approve the connection.
No. eComm and Bestmile run in the browser, with nothing to install. The downloads on this page are for SendingBay SaaS, which does have a desktop application, and for the modules that connect your online store to the platform.
