If you are here because someone, or something, told you SendingBay might be a scam, this page exists for exactly that. We are not asking you to take our word for it: here are the details you can verify yourself in public records.
This is all of them. If a message, a website or a profile uses the SendingBay name and is not on this list, it is not ours.
We are a software company. Our customers are online shops and transport agencies, not the people receiving parcels. These four rules follow from that, and they have no exceptions.
Several Spanish logistics companies share the same opening syllables, which causes confusion. One is worth clarifying: Sending Transporte Urgente (sending.es) is an independent transport company with no corporate relationship to us. It is in fact one of the carrier networks we work with: our customers can use its services from within our software.
SendingBay does not collect, move or deliver parcels. We build the software other companies use to manage their shipments, their routes and their invoicing. That difference matters: it is why a fraud warning about parcel deliveries can never be about us.
Beyond that, smishing campaigns routinely impersonate well known parcel companies using fake lookalike domains. It is a problem across the whole sector, and the underlying advice is good no matter who gives it: be suspicious of any text message asking you for money or bank details in order to deliver something.
It does not need to carry our name. If you have received a fraudulent message about a delivery:
Do not tap the link and do not enter any details. If you already have, call your bank to block the card before doing anything else.
In Spain, forward the text message to 7726, the free number your mobile operator provides for reporting fraudulent messages. You can also call 017, the free and confidential cybersecurity helpline run by INCIBE. If you have lost money, file a report with the Policía Nacional or the Guardia Civil.

Is SendingBay a real company?
Yes. SendingBay is the trading name of SENDINGBAY SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, tax ID B44799815, registered with the Commercial Registry of Valencia and based at calle Mariano Cuber 17, 46011 Valencia, Spain. It was founded in 2023 by Ana Karina D'Orazio and Juan Agustín López.
Does SendingBay send text messages asking for a payment to release a parcel?
No, never. SendingBay builds logistics software: its customers are online shops and transport agencies, not the people receiving parcels. SendingBay does not text consumers, does not ask for customs fees and never asks for bank details by message. Any such message using the SendingBay name is fraudulent.
What is SendingBay's official domain?
The only official domain is www.sendingbay.com. The customer area is at clientes.sendingbay.com and the only contact address is hola@sendingbay.com. Any other domain or address using the SendingBay name does not belong to the company.
Is SendingBay the same as Sending or sending.es?
No. Sending Transporte Urgente is a separate, independent transport company, and it is also one of the carrier networks SendingBay works with. SendingBay is not a carrier: it builds the software other companies use to manage their shipping and their routes.
How can I check for myself that SendingBay exists?
By searching the Commercial Registry of Valencia for the legal name SENDINGBAY SOCIEDAD LIMITADA or the tax ID B44799815. The company also appears in the Spanish startup register under Law 28/2022 and in the Innovative SME listing of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.
