eComm is a connector for e-commerce that centralizes your orders, sales channels and carriers in a single panel. It helps you manage shipments, statuses and reverse logistics without jumping between tools.
No. eComm doesn't work like a comparison tool that makes you choose shipment by shipment. It's a connector: it links your store with carrier networks and last-mile providers so you manage the operation from a single place.
eComm works with WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Shopify. You can also handle orders via CSV/Excel or enter them manually if your operation needs it.
You can currently work with 8 carrier networks connected to eComm: Correos, Correos Express, SEUR, GLS, CTT Express, Tipsa, Ontime and Sending Transporte Urgente.
None of the networks is ours: eComm connects the agreements you hold with each carrier, it does not sell transport and does not negotiate rates. If you do not have a carrier yet, we put you in touch with a transport agency that already works with our software and you contract directly with them. And if you already have your own, you connect it just the same and keep your operation in the panel.
Yes. eComm handles reverse logistics from the same panel. The return starts from the delivered shipment itself: you request the pickup and follow its status. An exchange is documented as a shipment with a return leg, which you prepare. What eComm does not do is process the refund or the payments: that stays in your payment gateway.
