The owner is the controller of the personal data collected through the browsing and use of this website, in accordance with the requirements laid down by REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, and with Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

SENDINGBAY S.L. uses an analytics tool developed in-house and hosted on its own infrastructure within the European Union, for the purpose of understanding how its websites and applications are used and identifying the points at which users run into difficulty. This tool records browsing information — pages visited, scrolling, elements clicked, time spent and errors encountered — as well as a visual reconstruction of the session. The information obtained is not used for advertising purposes, is not disclosed to third parties, and is not used to assess the performance of any individual.
On informational and promotional websites, this processing is carried out only with the user's prior consent, given through the cookie management system. In the applications and on the login screen, the processing is based on the controller's legitimate interest in ensuring the correct operation and usability of its services, and is limited to the first sessions following registration, without extending to ordinary use of the service. In these cases, reinforced minimisation measures apply: all text displayed on screen is masked, as is the content of every form field, so that no identifying data, credentials or information relating to third parties leaves the user's browser.
The IP address is never retained: it is irreversibly transformed by a cryptographic function at the moment it is received and then discarded. A persistent random identifier is also stored in the browser, containing no identifying data, whose sole purpose is to recognise successive visits from the same device and which is not transmitted to domains outside SENDINGBAY S.L.
Users may object to this processing at any time by enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT) signals in their browser. These are honoured unconditionally across all of the controller's sites and applications, with no further action required. On informational websites, refusing cookies is equally sufficient.
Session recordings are kept for a maximum of thirty (30) days, and the remaining browsing information for a maximum of ninety (90) days, after which they are deleted automatically.
The personal data collected through the web contact form is used to answer any enquiry the user submits through it.
The personal data collected in the order form is used to process the data necessary for the correct management of your orders.
The processing of the data is legitimised by the consent you give us when you expressly accept the processing conditions set out in this privacy policy.
The personal data obtained through the web forms is recorded and stored on electronic media controlled and supervised by the data controller.
Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where such disclosure is covered by a legal obligation, or where, for the correct provision of the service or the performance of the contract, it is necessary to disclose your data to third parties in order to process payment (payment gateways) or to manage the delivery of the products (carriers), such disclosure being justified by the requirements of the service.
