General terms
Prices exclude taxesThe amounts shown do not include VAT or other applicable taxes.
Monthly billingNo minimum term. The first month's fee is prorated according to the actual days of service.
Annual billingTwelve months of service for the price of ten, paid in advance, with a fixed term and no refunds. Usage-based charges are billed separately.
Additional chargesEach plan's included service or shipment allowances apply per calendar month and do not roll over. At the end of each month, usage above the allowances and other additional charges are calculated according to the contracted plan and configuration. These amounts are itemised on the following month's invoice, together with the monthly fee where applicable.
Plan changesYou can upgrade during the contracted period. With annual billing, downgrades only take effect at renewal and do not entitle you to a refund.
PromotionsPromotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated and do not renew automatically unless otherwise agreed.
