Yes. SendingBay SaaS integrates approved carrier networks so you can manage and invoice the shipments of all of them from a single system. You work with several networks without having to jump between separate tools.

The SaaS generates B2B invoicing from your shipments and your rates, automatically. You load your rates once (by client, zone, weight or service) and the system applies them to each shipment and builds the invoice. You close the month without recalculating by hand or dragging formulas across a spreadsheet.

Yes. SendingBay SaaS issues invoicing aligned with VERI*FACTU, with TicketBAI for the Basque Country and with FACe for invoicing public administrations, including invoice chaining and a change log. It is a function of the same system you already use to manage shipments, so the invoice comes out of the real operation instead of being typed again into another program.

No. There's no minimum commitment: you can cancel whenever you want, with no fine print. You stay because it works for you, not because of a contract.

SendingBay SaaS includes support to help you get your agency up and running and answer questions about how to use it.

Standard support and corrections for incidents attributable to SendingBay are included. Recovery or restoration requested because a user deleted or changed data, or because you need to return to an earlier state, is billed as an additional technical intervention: from €180 plus VAT, including up to two hours. Additional time is billed at €90 plus VAT per hour. Recovery depends on the availability and age of backups, and we confirm its scope before work begins.
